The Speaker of House of Representatives, Hon. Aminu Tambuwal, yesterday,
shocked his audience when he tongue lashed members of the Peoples Democratic

2015: INEC orders arrest of campaigners.
Following campaign posters pasted in strategic places in Abuja and other states, Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, yesterday, ordered security agents to apprehend any political party or politicians who are seen campaigning and pasting posters towards 2015 general elections.
6-year single tenure: Reps disagree with Senate.
There were indications, yesterday, that members of the House of Representatives were against the proposition by the Senate for a six-year single tenure for the president and governors in their constitution amendment being fine-tuned for adoption by the National Assembly.
